2015 WPPI Print Competition Winner

We packed our bags and headed to Las Vegas for our annual Photographers conference in sin city. I was a bit nervous because I submitted in the Portrait Division in hopes of winning an award. For the last few weeks my brain has been on overload trying to imagine winning the competition or loosing the competition. It was my first time entering and we (photographers) know that the judging is pretty intense. Well, we entered the main convention hall with our eyes glued to section designated for the print competition. The first day we did not find our print so, we headed to meet up with some friends and have dinner and then venture over to Hakkasan for their annual dance rave. The next day we headed down to the convention floor to register and check out the vast trade show deals. Once our shopping spree ended we began our hunt to look for our print. My associate photographer Lluvia called me over while I was gazing at my friends print who won silver and she told me to look! I looked and my mouth dropped! I won!!! What a great feeling, nothing could bring down my cloud 9 high. We are so grateful for everyone who supported us since we began snapping photos 9years ago. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE MY JOB.
