END WITH A BANG AND A SPARKLER EXIT!
A magical grand exit, whether it be after the “I DO”, or at the end of the night, is a great way to get your guests involved, end the event, and get some killer pictures. We have seen these done a lot of different ways with lots of twists, and honestly, they are often the highest point of the evening. From singing “Sweet Caroline” in the middle of the dance floor with all your loved ones surrounding your, to being raised on chairs, to running out of the venue, your grand exit will be what your guests remember. Make it fun and make it YOU.
If you are on social media, follow wedding blogs, or reading wedding magazines you have probably seen a million sparkler exits. They are all the rage and a lot of fun. We want these to be fun, safe and successful.

20″ or 36″ will work depending on how long you want them to last.
The order amount should be about 75% of your guest count (not everyone will stay till the end).
Have a safe way to light them. We find that having multiple candles are the best. That way people we can pass around candles and then when we give the OK everyone has a group where they can all light at the same time.
Have a SOBER person in charge of the sparklers
Make sure we are set to go before the go-ahead is given to light. I usually like to give instructions to guests before they light up to ensure safety.
When you go through the sparklers smile, dip, kiss, laugh, and have fun. You can go through twice if there is time!!!!
Many venues are no longer allowing these due to insurance policies. NOT TO WORRY! There are other ways to LEAVE WITH A BANG! Here are some fun alternatives:
1. Toss lavender as you walk down the aisle (get permission from the venue)
2. Streamers on a stick/paper airplanes
3. Bubbles – Get a few auto bubble machines as well to really get the volume
4. Biodegradable confetti / Rose peddles or leaves / sequins – Check with the venue
5. Church steps exit – family & friends line the steps and you run out of the church
1. Glow stick exit – Get the large stick glow sticks that put out a lot of light!
2. Candlelight – guests form two rows holding candles and you run through
3. Bubbles – Get a few auto bubble machines as well to really get the volume
4. Take off in a cool car
5. Smoke/fog machine – Check with the venue – talk with your DJ
