The Citizen Hotel Wedding

Nicole and Xeres tied the knot on November 10, 2018. With California wildfires going on all around, the day was smoky but these two were not going to let it ruin their day! Nicole wanted to get ready at their downtown home and just soak in all of the memories from the beginning. Their style is very modern, and chic and we love that her mermaid style dress was simple and flattering with eye-catching pieces. Nicole is naturally beautiful inside and out and with the help from Krista Schmidt for her hair and  Jasmine Cardenas for her makeup, they really helped make her day go that much smoother! Nicole wanted all of her girls to be in different styles of blush dresses which we love because they all looked stunning. With their gorgeous bouquets made by Bloem Decor Florist, everything coordinated so well! Watching Nicole’s father see her for the first time was so beautiful and you can see his love for his daughter the way he embraces her (seriously so touching!) We love being able to capture these raw and emotional moments. Xeres got ready with his buds at The Citizen Hotel and wowza what an awesome backdrop for sleek and moody photos, especially in the library! Nicole and Xeres exchanged vows at Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. We love this church because of the breathtaking stained glass and intricate historical details in every inch of this sacred place. Once they said their I do’s, we were able to get these two, along with their friends outside for some fun group shots and dance parties in front of the capitol! After some fun, we were able to move the party over to The Citizen Hotel for some good music by Sean from Music & More Entertainment and delicious food from The Grange Restaurant. Check out their cake made by Freeport Bakery, GOALS! With the help from their wonderful coordinator Tina Marshall from The Citizen and Dakin & Laura from By Design Films as their videographers. The day couldn’t have run smoother! We are so thrilled to have had the chance to work with these two!
