The Bungalow at Scribner Bend Vineyards

Scribner Bend offers full use of their on-site bungalow, perfect for getting ready for your wedding day! Inside, you’ll find multiple room across two stories, plenty of space for the guys and girls to get ready without any peeking at the bride to be.

The lighting is beautiful and there’s tons of room to set up for hair and makeup, no need to make other arrangements!

Since the bungalow has so many different areas to photograph the bride getting ready for her big day, leave it up to Dee and Kris to find the best lighting on your wedding day!

If you choose to do a first look with your future spouse or a first look with dad, directly outside Scribner Bend’s bungalow is the perfect location! It will keep the bride hidden until we’re all ready for the grand reveal. Choose from the walkway leading into the bungalow or the charming porch.

The Chardonnay Gardens at Scribner Bend Vineyards

Nestled right into the grape vines lies the Chardonnay Garden at Scribner Bend Vineyards, the ceremony site for this garden wedding venue. The ceremony space, which can seat up to 225 people is a cozy and luscious space that is perfectly green all year round! Walk down the aisle between the rows grape vines before laying eyes on your guest and most importantly, the love of your life.

The ceremony site features a flowing fountain and a wire arch ready to be designed to fit your wedding style! Work with you florist to come up with an incredible work of art that will WOW in all your pictures.

If you have a specific vision for your archway, Scribner Bend is open for customizations! Alex and Jeff decided to bring in their own hand made arch what had special meaning to them.

Scribner Bend Winery is an open business during the day, which means they don’t hold ceremonies until after they close. In the fall months at Scribner Bend, some ceremonies happen right around sunset. Good news though, the gardens are even beautiful in the evening!

Tessa and Justin held their Scribner Bend Micro-Wedding on 2020’s biggest wedding date of the year: 10/10/2020. They had their heart set of this beautiful vinery wedding venue that they booked more than two years in advance!

The Barn at Scribner Bend Vineyards

One of the crown jewels of this vineyard wedding venue is the barn. While there isn’t much usable space inside the barn, it makes for the perfect backdrop for a rustic feel to your Sacramento vineyard wedding. Our couple Kelli and Brandon wanted to do something unique and highlight the barn, so they set up their ceremony right in front of the barn! So creative!

The most common use for the barn is to make your grand entrance! Have you DJ announce your wedding party and then for the first time, the new Mr. and Mrs!

The Tented Outdoor Reception Space at Scribner Bend Vineyards

Outdoor weddings are super popular, but with a chance of rain during the spring time it can be a tad bit tricky to plan. Scribner Bend’s reception space is fully covered, creating the ideal space for any chance or rain, keeping the area shaded in the summer time, and holds in the heat during the colder evenings. Plus, specialty lighting is included with your Scribner Bend Wedding Packages which creates a fun and unique atmosphere after the sun sets!

Scribner Bend will provide tables, chairs, wine glasses, and the setup and breakdown of all their equipment.

Scribner Bend’s Almond Sparkling Wine

The Almond Sparkling Wine is hands down a Dee and Kris favorite. It’s an award winning sparkling wine that’s unique to Scribner Bend. We can’t recommend grabbing a bottle (or 5) for a champagne toast!

On-Site Catering by Paesanos Restaurant

If you visit Scribner Bend Vineyards for a day of wine tasting over the weekend, you’ll notice that they offer on-site food from Paesanos! The same restaurant, with 2 locations across the Sacramento area provides all the catering for your wedding at Scribner Bend! Paesanos is an Italian restaurant that provides incredible food options for your big day. Choose from a large variety of entree and appetizer options. We’ve tried a lot of food, and it’s ALL delicious! Their Midtown restaurant is not far from out studio, so we highly recommend checking them out.

Scribner Hosts Weddings of All Cultures and Religions

Sangi and Rohit hosted a traditional Hindu wedding at Scribner Bend, complete with a Groom’s Baraat and a beautifully crafted Mandap.

Epic Scribner Bend Winery Sunsets

The one thing that is truly unique at this wedding venue is the incredible sunsets that create one of a kind romance sessions. We photograph at this Sacramento garden venue multiple times a year and every time it looks different! Their property is so gorgeous, from the gardens, to the vineyards, and to the fields, there is tons of space for romantic portraits.

On-Site Coordination and Wedding Team

Jessica Dressel heads the Scribner Bend wedding team as your coordinator and do-to women on the day of your wedding. The rest of the Scribner Bend Event staff includes bar staff(if bar service is provided), parking attendants, security, and a setup and take down crew. Talk about full service!
