Beautiful Venue With a Backyard Feel

Gardener Ranch is an expansive 24-acre venue that somehow feels like a sweet and cozy backyard. Expertly combining elegance with rustic elements, it was exactly what Mairead and Aaron were looking for. Mairead got ready in the venue’s Bridal Camp in a cute little cabin with beautiful light.

Mairead’s bridesmaids, dressed in the matching PJ sets she got for them, were there to support her.

While her friends prepped her dress, the bride got her simple and elegant makeup done by MUA Olivia Garvin. To complete her look, Bristle + Bloom styled her long hair in soft, lovely waves.

The bride’s v-neck slip dress hung from a hanger personalized with her soon-to-be new name. As she stepped into her gown, we saw it had a bit of an edge to it. The leg split had a beautiful lacing to it that matched her veil.

Getting dressed creates moments of excitement, anticipation, tears, and laughter and Davey Hibler Productions was there to capture all the action with a smile.

Room For the Groom

Undoubtedly nervous, Aaron got some backup from his groomsmen as they dressed in the venue’s Groom’s Room. Along with his groomsmen, Aaron got ready to walk down the aisle to see his bride.

Aaron’s mother was there in addition to his friends for support. They shared a special moment as his mom put on her son’s boutonniere.

In the meantime, Mairead and her father shared a First Look that brought smiles and tears. Unquestionably, this will be a moment both father and daughter will remember forever.

A Shower of Flowers

Unquestionably, flowers can make a wedding, and Calla Hill Floral set the perfect scene. Hayley Johnson expertly arranged dahlias, roses, and hydrangeas in beautiful clusters of soft shades of pink and white.

A Walk Among the Trees

Following her preparation for this moment, Mairead took a deep breath and, along with her father, started her walk down the aisle. As trees towered over head shading them with its canopy, Mairead and Aaron saw each other for the first time and everyone else disappeared.

As the couple said their vows to each other through laughter and tears, guests shared their joy with them.

Finally, after all the planning and prepping, the new husband and wife walked back down the aisle to applause.

With Their Friends By Their Sides

With her bridesmaids dressed in different shades of pink, Mairead stood amidst them shining like a star.

Aaron stood shoulder to shoulder with his groomsmen as they patted him on the back in congratulations.

When Dee and Kris had a moment, they stole the couple away for some intimate time together. As they whispered to each other and made each other laugh, their happiness shined through in these images.

Sip and Be Seated

Courtney Osborne of Events By Courtney Ann wielded her expertise in coordinating like a sword. Without a doubt, everywhere you looked, her knowledge of how to make a wedding perfect was evident.

From the place settings of gold and gray to the champagne seating “chart”, Courtney and her staff put so much love and care into the wedding, all while pregnant with twins!

Toasts and Taco Trucks

The couple took a few minutes to step away as guests gathered in their seats to celebrate.

Before making their grand entrance, they sat together and snuggled on this adorable rope swing Gardener Ranch added to their beautiful landscape.

Guests congratulated and toasted the happy couple, sharing stories that were sometimes funny, sometimes sweet, and always filled with love.

This fun-loving couple chose Tastes of the World Market to cater their wedding with food trucks! Curveball Slider Truck offered the guests delicious sliders and chicken from their All-American mobile kitchen.

Meanwhile, Canasta Kitchen’s festively designed taco truck offered a more traditional street taco fair.

The drinks were flowing as the guests also enjoyed the oyster bar provided by Rich Water Oysters.

And to cap off the evening, instead of cake, the couple offered their guests a variety of sweet treats perfect to cool things down on this hot August night.

Dance the Night Away

Following the food and toasts came the PARTY! This was the part our couple was most excited about.

As Mairead and Aaron glided across the dance floor DJ Kevin Combs of Elite Entertainment played the couple’s song Riptide by Vance Joy. This was the song they danced to on their first date as well.

And then everybody danced all night long!

Congratulations, Mairead and Aaron!
